How do I cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at orders@akemisboutique.com. We cannot guarantee your order can be cancelled, but we will do our best. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will not be allowed.

Where I can get my tracking number?

You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 5 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at orders@akemisboutique.com.

How do I track my order?

You can just click on Track Your Order link at the bottom of our page. Enter your tracking number then press Track to check your order status.

When will I get my tracking number?

Once your order has been processed, the tracking number usually takes 3-5 business days to generate. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at orders@akemisboutique.com.

How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination, and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?

We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products. Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your order is on its way! 

I need my order fast do you guys provide expedited shipping?

Yes!  Please inquire.

How do you ensure the quality of your product?

We have a dedicated sourcing team that works directly with manufacturers abroad. 

Will you be adding more products?

We are focused on sourcing the best products our customers; as a result, we are constantly researching and adding new quality products to our store.

How long does delivery take?

The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Once shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 7-14 business days for United States.  Some items due take longer and those items will be noted as such in the product description.

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, COVID-19, holidays, etc. that we are unable to control on our end.

What form of payments do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Sezzle, and all major credit/debit cards.
